Emiliana Sparaco is a labor organizer and union representative committed to advancing workers' rights and professional development across the United States. Through years of experience in labor relations, collective bargaining, and campaign organizing, Emiliana Sparaco has strengthened labor organizations and advocated for fair workplace standards. Her work combines strategic leadership with a strong dedication to community engagement and the broader labor movement.
For years, Emiliana Sparaco served as National Field Director for the Nonprofit Professional Employees' Union, Local 70 of the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, AFL-CIO.
In this leadership role, she oversaw organizing campaigns, coordinated national field strategies, and supported union members working in nonprofit organizations across the country. Her work helped improve communication between union leadership and members while advancing campaigns designed to improve workplace protections and professional standards.
Recently, Ms. Sparaco completed the Labor Relations certificate program at Cornell University. The program further strengthened her knowledge of labor policy, negotiations, and collective bargaining.
